# Non-Refundable & Cancellation Policy

> How cancellations, late arrivals and refunds are handled, and when a consultation fee can no longer be refunded.

## Cancellation policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 hours before the scheduled consultation time.

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may result in the full consultation fee being charged.

## Non-refundable fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable once:

- The consultation has started;
- Medical advice has been provided;
- Prescriptions, referrals, sick notes, or medical documents have been issued;
- The patient fails to attend the appointment, also known as a “no-show”.

## Late arrivals

If a patient is more than 15 minutes late, the consultation may be cancelled or shortened depending on availability.

## Technical issues

Patients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and access to the consultation platform.

If technical difficulties occur on the provider’s side, the appointment will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

## Emergency situations

Telemedicine services are not intended for emergencies. In medical emergencies, patients should contact emergency services or visit the nearest healthcare facility.

## Agreement

By booking an appointment, patients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and non-refundable policy.
