Policy

Non-Refundable & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations, late arrivals and refunds are handled, and when a consultation fee can no longer be refunded.

Cancellation policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 hours before the scheduled consultation time.

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may result in the full consultation fee being charged.

Non-refundable fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable once:

  • The consultation has started;
  • Medical advice has been provided;
  • Prescriptions, referrals, sick notes, or medical documents have been issued;
  • The patient fails to attend the appointment, also known as a “no-show”.

Late arrivals

If a patient is more than 15 minutes late, the consultation may be cancelled or shortened depending on availability.

Technical issues

Patients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and access to the consultation platform.

If technical difficulties occur on the provider’s side, the appointment will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Emergency situations

Telemedicine services are not intended for emergencies. In medical emergencies, patients should contact emergency services or visit the nearest healthcare facility.

Agreement

By booking an appointment, patients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and non-refundable policy.
