This telemedicine service is intended for non-emergency medical consultations only and does not replace emergency medical care or physical examination where clinically required.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please immediately contact your nearest emergency services or proceed to the nearest hospital or emergency unit.
Seek urgent emergency care immediately for
- Chest pain or suspected heart attack
- Difficulty breathing or severe shortness of breath
- Stroke symptoms, such as facial drooping, weakness, or difficulty speaking
- Severe allergic reactions
- Seizures or loss of consciousness
- Heavy bleeding
- Serious injuries or trauma
- Suicidal thoughts or psychiatric emergencies
- Severe abdominal pain
- High fever in infants or critically ill patients

Telemedicine limitations
Virtual consultations have limitations and may not be suitable for all medical conditions. The practitioner may advise an in-person assessment, physical examination, laboratory testing, or referral to another healthcare facility where necessary.
Patient responsibility
Patients must provide accurate medical information, contact details, medication history, and current symptoms to allow safe medical assessment and treatment recommendations.
Emergency referrals
If the practitioner identifies a potentially serious or emergency condition during the consultation, the patient may be instructed to seek immediate in-person medical attention.
Consent
By using this service, patients acknowledge and understand the limitations of telemedicine and agree that emergency medical conditions require immediate in-person care.
